This is a short story about two dedicated worm
fisherman who shared the same boat one day. Both started working
a Carolina rig since it usually was a sure bet. Today it did
not work. The fisherman in the front of the boat knew the value
of patience and stayed with the Carolina rig. He caught one
small bass all day. The fisherman is the back of the boat decided
to try something different. The Carolina rig was put aside and
a jerk bait was used. The jerk bait was worked right over the
top of the grass. The jerk bait caught 28 bass with 11 of them
over 15 inches. If one thing does not work, try something different.
