Work the spot thoroughly when you catch a fish.
Often there will be other active bass there. The area may be
very small, only a few feet around, where the other active fish
are located. Something made that bass strike. It could be that
it was in competition with other bass for food. Something turned
those fish on and they want to get the food before another bass
gets it. Also note the conditions where that fish was caught
such as cover, temperature and depth. Work the same situation
in other areas. Often catching a bass will tell you all you
need to know about bass fishing for the rest of the day. Just
try to duplicate it as long as possible.
